200 office workers completed questionnaires on varying elements of performance on days when they exercised and days when they didn’t.

The key findings were;

  • 72% found improvements in time management
  • 79% found mental and interpersonal performance was better on days they exercised

  • 41% found improved motivation to work
  • 21% reported higher concentration at work
