Firstly, you do not need a gym or studio to hold our classes onsite. A vast majority of corporate group exercise classes are held in vacant office space, so fold away the tables and chairs in the board room and lets get moving.

We can provide a wide range of engaging and energising classes before, during and after work to help meet the requirements, facilities and schedules of all businesses and their employees.

Lets be honest, we don’t expect anyone to take on one of our circuits before work if there are no changing facilities, so schedule it after work. 

We only recruit the highest quality of instructors with a history of delivering classes to ensure that we have specialists in each position.

All of our classes incorporate specific exercises to reverse the strain of desk life as well as enabling common training goals to be achieved.

And don’t worry, the classes will be full. Part of our mission involves us engaging staff and getting them out from behind their desks.
