A simple but effective way to make substantial changes to all areas of an employees lifestyle.
Our 6 week online lifestyle course is simple to understand and very easy to follow.
It’s a chance to learn what to eat and when to eat it and implement an exercise regime, helping employees to improve their quality of life and maximise day to day performance.
After enrolling on the course the employee or employees will receive a 7 day food diary and lifestyle questionnaire with instructions on how to provide us with as much information as possible.
7 days after the food diary has been returned the employee will receive the first of their weekly one to one calls to discuss their detailed nutritional report. During this call the first nutritional and exercise interventions will also be issued.
The programme has now begun and weekly calls will be scheduled to discuss progress and future interventions as we work towards agreed goals. These weekly calls are in addition to 24hr recalls which are spot checks issued once a week via email.
If this is a group project then group calls will be scheduled in additionally at the beginning, middle and end of the project to aid team cohesion and gain peer support.
The weekly intervention system is subtle which allows for substantial changes to be integrated and ensure that newly formed behaviours are sustainable long term.
